Workshop on Enhancing Human Engagement in Social Assistive Robotics (SAR)

As Socially Assistive Robotics continues to evolve, adaptive interaction, cognitive load management, and long-term user engagement remain core challenges. This interdisciplinary workshop brings together voices from robotics, AI, cognitive science, and HCI to reimagine how assistive robots can better respond to human needs in healthcare, education, eldercare, and beyond.
